Certificates
When you complete any course with e-Agent you have immediate access to your certificates. Step one, login go to the "My Courses" page in the main menu.
Next, click on the "Certificates" button, in the left side menu of buttons.
Pick any course that you have completed and click on the underlined title. A certificate will be produced on screen, with about half a minute.
